3. Monitoring of live event and usage of take down tools on YouTube and Justin.tv plus the other usual channels for illegal distribution.
4. Notification of breach letters, cease and desist letters & letters before action.
5. Further investigation into individuals identified by IP address tracking at the network level and revenues deriving from subscriptions or advertising revenues.
6. Legal & settlement proceeding as required including the recovery of damages using our in house legal expertise and/or our network of IP lawyers.
7. Delivery of final comprehensive report to client and share of damages recovered.
8. Where required we can introduce the services of K2 Global Consulting who can deliver additional investigatory services.

Prices vary depending upon the type and extent of service required by the client.
