The music industry was an early victim of digital piracy with distributors such as Napster and Limewire fundamentally altering the business models in the music industry.

Through its international services, KLipcorp provides:

• Enhanced internet searches to find illegally copied music, including those distributed on P2P networks.
• Detailed reports of all found infringers including ISPs, websites and users of P2P networks.
• Legal representation, through our network of associated law firms, from cease and desist letters through to full blown court proceedings for damages. We handle the lawyers for the client and negotiate a competitive fee based on the high volume of work we are able to refer to them.

We are very pleased to be working with the British Recorded Music Industry (BPI) to monitor and track music piracy across 100 leading pirate sites.
